How We Started

StarLinc Insurance was founded in 2015 by Kane Hencey and Aroun Phaisan, both of whom began their careers in the insurance industry in 2011. After gaining years of hands-on experience working with a variety of clients and coverage needs, they recognized a common problem that many people were confused, over-sold, or uninformed when it came to their insurance decisions.

Kane and Aroun set out to build an agency that did things differently. Their vision was to create a client-focused, independent brokerage where transparency, education, and service came first. By working with multiple well-known insurance companies, they could offer more choices, better pricing options, and solutions tailored to each client’s unique situation.

Today, StarLinc Insurance proudly serves families, individuals, and business owners across Nebraska. With over a decade of industry experience, Kane and Aroun remain actively involved in the day-to-day operations of the agency, ensuring every client receives honest guidance, clear communication, and dependable support.
